Every score and signal on this site is generated automatically by formulas applied to publicly available data. No human analyst reviews, verifies, or endorses any individual score before it's shown. See our methodology page for exactly how scores are calculated.
Underlying data is sourced from third parties, primarily Yahoo Finance (via the yfinance library), not directly from issuers or exchanges. That data may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate, and DivSight does not independently verify it. "As of [date]" timestamps shown on ticker pages reflect when a score was last computed — not real-time market data.
DivSight makes no guarantee, express or implied, that any score, signal, or verdict is accurate, complete, or will predict a security's future performance.
